Surgical Fees
Pricing is based upon the recommended procedure and your prescription. Our coordinator will let you know the exact fee after your evaluation with Dr. Dornic.
Discounted rates are available to BlueCross BlueShield of NC Blue Extras Members, Superior Vision, Davis Vision, Eye Med and VSP. We are also pleased to offer military discounts. Ask for details.
Surgical Fees Include:
- Pre-operative evaluation and testing
- the surgical procedure and facility fee
- Any enhancements within the first year (if needed)
- Post operative medications and supplies
- Entire first year of post operative care

Insurance
While LASIK is not usually ‘covered’ by insurance companies, many plans will help pay a certain percentage of your LASIK surgery. Many plans have discount benefits that reduce your cost for laser vision correction. Some carriers have plans with significant discounted rates. Contact your insurance carrier or come in for a consultation and we will help you find out what your plan covers.
